Kutok: Ba la khrew ka met; ba im slem ka rta; ba im tymmen shongprah; ba rim tam; ba tymmen eh/ a sickly body; someone who lives a long life/ to have reached a grand old age; the oldest.


Bidong: Ba pyrkhing, ba eh, bym aimon ne aili/ to be strict and without indulgence.


Salonsari: Ka skul bah kaba hikai ïa ki jingstad baroh bad kaba don bor ban ai kyrdan ne ai nam/ a University.


Rajinama: Ka kam pynïasuk; ka dostabit ba dei ïa ka jingïamynjur; ka jingthoh pynïasuk lang/ a deed of compromise.


Jarimana: Ka kuna; ka dor/ a fine.
